SimpleSYN is a client-/ server application and synchronizes your Outlook data via the network- completely automatically! SimpleSYN is set up in only a three steps and simple to operate. Because of the clear users interface it is also possible for new users to orientate themselves quickly. All your e-mails, notes, tasks, appointments, contacts, deletions and folders are getting adjusted and are immediately available on all computers. There is no restriction of quality or quantity of the Outlook elements that are meant to be synchronized.SimpleSYN is very flexible in its setup. Direction and mode of the synchronization (new, changed and deleted elements) can get individually set up for each Outlook folder. This means you can synchronize changes of the Outlook data in only one direction or, for example, adjust new e-mails only. You wish to synchronize different Outlook folders with several computers? SimpleSYN can offer you this as well. You can configure SimpleSYN individually so that your colleague from work will, for example, get the new appointments and tasks only, but not the e-mails that are of no relevance for his work.
